Today Moscow Region Energy Retail Company (JSC) is an independent and professional player at the wholesale electricity and power markets (WEPM) of both the Moscow region and other regions.

ESCMO (JSC) provides a range of services for the development and maintenance of automated electric power fiscal metering systems (AEPFMS) to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers.

The company's extensive WEPM experience has allowed it to develop a highly effective WEPM entry procedure requiring minimum procedure coordination time and ensuring compliance with existing regulations. This allows businesses to obtain the maximum economic benefit. Additionally, the time needed for the development and adoption of AEPFMS for WEPM users is considerably shorter (6 months compared to 12 months required for the development and adoption of AEPFMS on conditions of NP Market Council ).(Fig. 1, 2)
