General Manager

Artur M. Aushev– a graduate of Sochi State University with a degree in Management; completed Advanced Qualification Program in Business Evaluation at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.  Currently enrolled at the State University of Management for the Master's Program in Economics and Management in the Power Industry.

Began his career in the power industry at Ingushenergo JSC in 2011 where he started as an energy retail specialist and worked his way up to the post of the head of the restructuring and corporate policy. In 2006, he worked in the Moscow office of Southern Grid Company (JSC), and, beginning from 2007, was overseeing the wholesale electricity market activities of Moscow Region Energy Retail Company (JSC) prior to being promoted to the post of first deputy general manager in 2008.

In 2008, A. Aushev received certification of the Trading System Administrator (JSC) in the field of "Wholesale Electricity Trading - Energy Trading".

Elected General Manager of Moscow Region Energy Retail Company (JSC) by the decision of the Board of Directors (Minutes No. 04/11 of March 31, 2011).
